Adobe MAX 2025 Creativity Award Honoree — Personal Motion

Abraham Egbobawaye

Motion designer

Noodlz

Noodlz became a series of countless sketches, 3D renders and animations with a focus on dynamic, abstract compositions and movement brought to life through play and tons of iteration. Because making it is much better than daydreaming about it.

Artist bio

I'm Abraham, a motion designer currently based in the UK, with an interest in 2D motion design and a little bit of 3D.

I've grown quite captivated by abstract, graphical, and playful approaches of visual communication in both mediums, where I challenge myself to communicate complex topics in simpler, graphic and meaningful ways.

With those interests, I'm hoping to learn and collaborate with teams on projects that are meaningful, fun and delightful, and in my spare time I like tinkering with some ideas, sketching, and trying to make the best stir fry I can.

Team member names and roles

  • Sound Designers: Thomas O'Sullivan (aka Sizzle Audio), Avik Chari, Aaron McNicholas
A process reel of all the early sketches, tests, designs, animations and messy parts that became Noodlz. Hope it makes someone other than me smile.

One of my favourite stills from the animation experiments. Centrally sat on a cream-coloured tube, yet cheekily off...
A lil snippet of another one of the animation experiments with clock-like hands rotating. This lil guy is just as surprised we made it at Adobe MAX as I am...
Another snippet from one of the 2D animations made for the project. A colourful journey of paths, twists and turns that made the project.

The "final" version of one of the early still that started this project, as composition and lighting practice. I started with this, and eventually ended with the twelfth iteration.
